Declares which motors are moving during the scan.

Acquisition scan in ID03 are often done with bliss command fscan or fscan2d: in that case metadata of the scan are automatically read in fscan_parameters. There are no input to give and the interface is locked, just click OK.

For other scans: Click Find Dimensions to select which motors were moving during scan. Verify output data in the table, then click OK.
