Save Dataset

Saves a darfix dataset (preprocessed frames + selected dimensions) to an HDF5 file
so it can be reloaded in a later session without repeating preprocessing.

.. warning::

    - Avoid saving very large datasets (> 10 000 frames).
    - Apply ROI and noise removal first to reduce the output size.
